Five strands of small cobalt Russian blue beads, three of which are interspersed with rare .75 in./ 2 cm long Russian blue beads. All on a new handwoven closure. The beads were originally traded all over the world.

While the beads are called Russian blues they were made in Czechoslovakia. They were produced as canes, faceted, and cut into beads. In Alaska, the Russians traded the beads to the Native Americans for pelts and other needs.
